Hi, I haven’t been living in Benahavis that long, but if it is right that there was no money at the town hall before, where did that go then? Surely there must have been a lot of money coming in as well?
By the way, how can I find out whether I am allowed to vote, since I am Norwegian, and I thought there was an agreement between Spain and Norway.
