work contracts at the town hall

The local socialist party is trying to enchant the town hall personnel but forget that, during the few years ( 2 ) they were in charge of the town hall, workers received the worst wages and were not given any guarantees of getting their salaries at the end of the month due to the precarious financial situation. In those 2 years no salaries were raised.

Staff do not forget such a thing.

Once again they tell lies when they speak of the “bogus work contracts”, when none of those exist in the present day at the town hall.

At the moment, 93 people are employed by the Benahavis town hall, including public servants and local police officers :

46 have a permanent contract
2 from an employment agency
3 consultants
3 collaborating on the new general plan for construction
39 have a contract for a fixed period

Another 33 places have already been created and 15 more will be created to cover the necessities of our growing village, so that most of the staff will get a permanent contract.
And we should not forget that all salaries are and will be paid at the end of each month.

At least they are getting paid on time, which wasn't the case when PSOE was in. And in comparison, the wages were even lower, so imagine being a gardener under a PSOE government.

They don't even have uniforms like the rest of the costa del sol workmen...

-They are frequently paid in cash
-Police are not equiped (yes the have cars)
-And your clain on wages being on time, better ask how its been over the past 4 years...3 month contracts, vote for us or ...

PS. I say go for another group instead of both selfish PP and PSOE groups.
