30 social apartments are being built at the moment and plots are being liberated to build more over the next 8 years.
We have to remind you that this has happened although the P.S.O.E. voted against.

Social Housing
They say that in spite of the excellent financial situation of Benahavis, the town hall does not promote the building of social housing.

It is being done..believe it or not!
It is being build at the moment, 30 apartments next to Urb. El Mirador
Which Benahavis do you live in? It seems that your not a member of the one on the Costa del Sol.
There are now houses there, just trees and a very step mountain. The PP said in the last elections that they were being done to, how is it there saying the same thing 4 years after again.

sorry, did not want to upset anybody, it is just that the townhall has apparently given the license to quote from www.benahavis.net "GRAMAN with a budget of just under 4 million euros. Building should take 18 months." so it should be finished by the end of next year.
House built in 18 months? They haven't even started...are they going to be prefabricated houses?
The land hasn't been touched...or do you mean that GRAMAN will be starting in 18 months after the elections
